o'clock VF Inscription with Jujid Tamgha within ornamental star shaped frame. Inscription in three lines; inner linear border; inscription around; outer linear border. "The mint and date are not visible, but
it is definitely the type of Qrim al-Mahrusa dated AH 720. I have seen
literally hundreds of this type and have never found one with both mint
and date and rarely find one with mint or even a partial date. It seems
to have been a frozen type, as there are scores of different dies of
varying crudeness, and many are countermarked from the 760s and later.
This one has very legible script and is probably from around the early
period that this type was struck." [seller]
