Michael in centre, Constantius on left and Andronicus on right all standing facing, and all beardless; Michael wears crown, saccos and loros, and holds labarum and akakia; his two brothers each wear the same costume, and hold globus cruciger and akakia; ΚΩΝ / [Μ]ΙΧ / ΑΝΔ; double boarder of dots. ?
