[ΒΑΣΙ]ΛΕΩ[Σ // [ΑΝ]ΤΙΟΧΟΥ to right, ΕΠ[ΙΦΑΝ]ΟΥΣ // ΔΙ[ΟΝ]ΥΣ[ΟΥ] to left.
The serration does not appear to correspond exactly between obverse and reverse.
