Head of Cleopatra-Isis right; border of dots.
Eagle standing left on thunderbolt, wings spread; monogramm in left field;
ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ clockwise around; border of dots.
Large oval depressions on obverse and  reverse (similar to Copenhagen 286 ?)
Probably overstrike on earlear coin.
