Two eagles standing left on thunderbolt; double cornucopia to left;
ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩ[Σ] clockwise around; border of dots.
Centering is cylindrical and very clean.
Traces of circular tooling marks concentric to the centering on reverse.
